ToolSphere provides browser-based PDF tools. We designed the product to avoid collecting document content for analytics or advertising.

Files and document content

PDFs, images, signatures, drawings and text you add in the editor are used only to perform the tool action you request. ToolSphere analytics never receives file names, document text, signatures or document contents. Tool pages that say "No file storage" process the file in browser memory or transient request memory and do not keep it as a user file library.

Analytics

When analytics is enabled and you accept analytics, ToolSphere uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate usage, including visited pages, traffic source (for example direct, ToolSphere home page, Google or another referring site), tool actions, broad file type/count/size ranges, device information and technical errors. We deliberately exclude file names, full referrer URLs, PDF contents and text entered into tools.

Advertising

ToolSphere may display its own product recommendations. If Google AdSense is enabled later, Google may use cookies or similar technologies to provide, measure and limit ads according to your consent choices and Google policies. Advertising is kept outside document previews and document content is not shared with advertisers.

Your choices

You can choose "Necessary only" in the privacy prompt to keep analytics storage disabled, or accept analytics. You can clear this choice by clearing this site's local storage in your browser. Where required, additional advertising consent choices will be provided through a Google-certified consent management platform before personalized ads are enabled.

Service logs and security

The server may keep limited operational logs such as request route, status, time, IP-related security/rate-limit data and error diagnostics. These logs help prevent abuse and fix failures. They are not used to inspect PDF contents.

Suggestions

If you use the About Us suggestion form, the category and message you enter are sent to the configured ToolSphere feedback inbox through the mail server. The suggestion text is not written to a ToolSphere file or database and is excluded from analytics and application logs.
